Marketing Manager (Ducati)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall marketing strategies, product launches and budget management
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with different stakeholders to meet business objectives
  • Monitor weekly leads generation and drive showroom traffic and test rides
  • Develop creative digital campaigns to reach out to prospective buyers
  • Drive CRM strategies to develop Ducati community and increase customer retention
  • Manage Aftersales marketing to improve service retention
  • Handle sales and retail management of Ducati apparels
  • PR and press relations management
  • Maintain the retail environment according to the manufacturer’s CI and guidelines
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with 4-5 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven track record of B2C marketing with successful development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Self-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing with a passion for emerging technologies
  • Possess a Class 2A/2B/2 riding license would be advantageous
