Concierge (Jaguar and Land Rover)

Responsibilities

  • Attend to corporate guests, showroom and aftersales customers
  • Generate reports and maintain prospect database
  • Advise customers on the mobility options and assist with follow-up arrangement
  • Attend to enquiries and provide assistance to customers
  • Perform invoicing, payment collection and settlements
  • Ensure service reminders are sent out to customers
  • Assist with customer contacting for service actions, no-shows and other customer retention matters
  • Ensure reception area is in presentable and hospitable condition
  • Provide support to aftersales activities and events
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Exemplary customer service with a high degree of initiative
  • Able to work alternate Saturdays
