Service Manager (JLR)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workshop operations and service centre activities to ensure efficient workflow
  • Ensure the service department meets all customer satisfaction and profitability targets
  • Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the company’s processes
  • Ensure operational workflow meets required manufacturer warranty and work procedures
  • Manage and review the work performance of workshop and service staff
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial capacity
  • Proven track record in delivery of excellent customer service experience
  • Possess leadership and management skills that drives high performance team
  • Effective interpersonal and communications skills
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s licence
