Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries from line managers and to provide accurate and timely information and advice
  • Responsible for recruitment of non-executive staff for all brands
  • Handle on-boarding process for new staff
  • Administer work pass application and renewal for foreign employees
  • Manage and coordinate annual and quarterly performance appraisal process
  • Create and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and P-files
  • Collate monthly headcount reports
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

  • Degree qualifications with at least 3 years of hands-on experience; with proficient knowledge on local employment legislation
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Keen to learn and a team player
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
