Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall brand business performance
• Set and develop goals, objectives, strategic plans to achieve business target
• Establish operating procedures; review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance

• Identify ways for business enhancements and other sources of revenue generation
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers

Requirements

• Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 5 years of automotive experience in a brand leadership capacity, preferably in a premium automotive brand
• Highly driven, result-oriented and thrives in fast-paced dynamic environment
• Strong business acumen with customer-centric focus
• Aptitude for details coupled with the ability to review financial numbers
• Dynamic and proactive
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
