Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, prepare training materials, conduct product refresher and competitor training
Assist customers with product/ technical related problems and educate the team with the findings
Assist with product introduction and activities including handover of vehicles to media, product presentations at events and support when necessary during roadshows/displays at external venues
Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends, sharing internally with Polestar team & across Wearnes group
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualifications with 2 years of automotive experience
Creative and techy with a strong interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest tech and gadgets
Enthusiastic and passionate about electric vehicles and able to understand & explain technical concepts
Ground-breakers and culture-changers – people who want to make a difference in society
Strong sense of team mentality, responsible and not afraid to get your hands dirty
