Responsibilities

  • Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customers’ needs
  • Act as a key communication link between customers and workshop to assure responsiveness
  • Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

  • Minimum NTC2 in MVM/Automotive Technology
  • Good knowledge of car components
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
