Responsibilities
- Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customers’ needs
- Act as a key communication link between customers and workshop to assure responsiveness
- Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
- Any other tasks assigned by your superior
Requirements
- Minimum NTC2 in MVM/Automotive Technology
- Good knowledge of car components
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
