Develop and execute marketing plans, including but not limited to product launches, campaigns, promotions, branding activities, etc.
Manage and execute the expansion of a structured and effective CRM programme
Manage CRM systems (such as Salesforce), to enable optimal planning and execution of CRM programmes and events
Use of data analytics across all platforms and activation performance to enhance future marketing plans and direction
Conceptualise, plan and execute events and customer engagement activities, including but not limited to roadshows, test drive events, partnerships, sales events, showroom events, etc. to meet business goals while managing budget and expenses
Source and plan partnerships for branding and leads generation initiatives
Design and produce collaterals for branding and tactical initiatives
Oversee all areas of showroom and service centre to ensure maintenance and alignment with brand guidelines and enhanced customer experience
Provide marketing support to achieve aftersales business objectives
Ensure accurate budget and expenses reporting
Any other tasks assigned by your superior
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field of study with 3 years of marketing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication
Highly organised and analytical
Meticulous with strong attention to details
Able to excel under pressure with the ability to manage concurrently projects and multiple deadlines
Excellent teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and excel
Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop
