Responsibilities


  • Manage the entire body and paint operations to achieve overall profitability target
  • Ensure all bodyshop repairs are carried out in compliance with the manufacturers’ standards and fulfil insurance company expectations in respect of repair deadline, repair quality and claim requirements
  • Manage contractors to ensure repair quality and meet adequate turnaround time
  • Lead the team to meet business objective within a culture of continuous improvement, process excellence and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 10 years of managerial experience in body and paint operations
  • Possess relevant technical knowledge in continental vehicles
  • Strong leadership skills with the drive to excel

  • To repair surface damage of vehicles by the use of a range of hand tools
  • Perform panel beating and welding for Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles
